The Annual General Meeting of the Lupus Foundation of Jamaica will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 6 PM, at the Council of Voluntary Social Services (CVSS) - 2D Camp Road, and on Zoom. 

Don’t miss your opportunity to influence the direction, impact, and sustainability of our organization! As a member-based, volunteer-run group, we invite and encourage all members to attend this important meeting. Join us to get updates and participate in selecting or engaging in leadership roles.

All Active Members Are Entitled To:

• Nominate candidates for the Board of Directors

• Accept nomination to the Board of Directors

• Vote to select the Board of Directors for 2025/26

• Vote on reports and resolutions

Remember These Key Dates:

• Send in your nominations by Friday, September 5, 2025, at 4 pm

• Update your membership (including dues) by Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 4 pm to ensure your inclusion on the voters' list and receipt of the electronic ballot.

• Register to attend in person/online by Thursday, September 10, 2025, at 12 pm
