All Active Members Are Entitled To:
• Nominate candidates for the Board of Directors
• Accept nomination to the Board of Directors
• Vote to select the Board of Directors for 2025/26
• Vote on reports and resolutions
Remember These Key Dates:
• Send in your nominations by Friday, September 5, 2025, at 4 pm
• Update your membership (including dues) by Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 4 pm to ensure your inclusion on the voters' list and receipt of the electronic ballot.
• Register to attend in person/online by September 11, 2025, at 10 am
